Perfect setup at beautiful "Glockenbachwerkstatt"

Munich

It took a bit until the PTS Event in Munich could took place but doing our best, being flexible and adopt to the challenging Corona environment, Chris, Basti and Frederik from the PTS crew took the first opportunity to come over to Munich to meet great people, collect boards and present our project in Munich.

The weather was perfect, sunny and warm,  just right for having a beer in the lovely beergarden of the Glockenbachwerkstatt, right in the center of Munich.
But there were lots of other opportunities, including a tombola, a nice photo box etc. to get in touch with lots of great people to exchange about the project, sharing the latest surf stories or just to have a good time.

Before drawing the winners of the tombola we presented our project from the creation to the current state and the future plans. In the evening the movie „Water Get No Enemy“, was screened . Besides illustrating the difficult history of Liberia and how surfing can impact people down there the movie is a great link to our project as it takes place where the idea of the PTS project was born.

A VERY BIG thanks to Bianca and her friends who was the driving force and mastermind behind this great event and made all this possible!

Thanks also to everyone who joined the event, all people who supported our project via donations (including @wayxzam, @treevangang, @weartideless, @kanoa, @zealous - without you this wouldn’t be possible). Thanks also to the Glockenbachwerkstatt for the event venue and to Sebastian Schmittermaier -  Beyond Places capturing the event via great photos.
Looking forward to seeing you all soon again!
